Expora Realty is a real estate advisory based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through exporarealty.com. Questions: info@exporarealty.com.
What we collect
- Enquiries: the details you enter in our forms, such as your name, email, phone number, message, and property details if you list a property.
- Analytics (only with your consent): how the site is used, via Google Analytics, such as pages viewed and approximate location. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
- Technical data: standard server logs and a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and provide the service you asked about, to keep a record of enquiries, to protect the site from spam, and, with your consent, to understand and improve how the site is used. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the site and respond to you: our web host, our email delivery provider, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and Google Analytics (if you consent). They process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then deleted. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics’ retention settings.
Your rights
